Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $60!

Standard Shipping: $12 for the first 0.5 kg, plus $3 per additional 0.5 kg. Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days.

Overseas Warehouse: $10 for the first 0.5 kg, plus $1 per additional 0.5 kg. Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days. View Eligible Products.

DHL Express: Available for destinations outside the US. $40 for the first 0.5 kg, plus $10 per additional 0.5 kg. Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Import Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Missing & Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us for assistance.

For packages confirmed as properly delivered to the customer's authorized delivery location, we may not be responsible for subsequent loss or theft. Delivery records and photographic proof may be used to verify delivery.

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for reshipping orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
