Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging, with all gimmicks, accessories, and included parts.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Defective Returns

If the product has no quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the original order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by N2G Magic to send the order will also be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable.

Any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund.

Please do not return a defective item unless instructed by our customer service team.

Magic Tutorials & Digital Products

Digital downloads and tutorial-only products are non-refundable.

Because magic products may contain protected methods and secrets, products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once tutorial content, QR codes, passwords, downloads, or protected instructional materials have been accessed.

This does not affect claims involving genuine product defects.

Playing Cards

Playing cards must remain unopened with the original seal or cellophane intact for change-of-mind returns.

Opened decks are only eligible for support if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs or deductions.
