The magician tears off a corner from the spectator’s selected card. The torn corner vanishes from the magician’s hand. The magician places the incomplete card on the card case, and with a simple pass of the other hand, the card instantly restores to a perfect, full card — which can then be handed to the spectator for examination.

 

 

The magician displays an empty card case. A spectator selects a card and loses it back into the deck. No stealing or sleight of hand is required. After a casual shuffle, the magician spreads the deck — the spectator’s card is gone. The magician opens the card case, and the card is found inside the case.

 

 

Before the performance begins, the magician places a prediction card on top of the card case. The spectator freely selects any card, with no force of any kind — they can even merely think of a card. The card is then taken out and signed. The magician spreads the deck on the table. Just as the spectator believes their card cannot be found, the magician slowly picks up the prediction card from the case… It is the spectator’s signed card!
